1.  Introduction

Kangur Travel is a travel and tourism agency committed to providing quality services to our clients. By contracting our services, you accept the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Offered

Kangur Travel offers the following services:

• Guidance, information, and advice on travel programs and services.
• Promotion and organization of tourist programs, congresses, and similar events.
• Reservations and contracting of tourism services, including tickets and transportation.
• Vehicle rental for tourism services, with or without a driver.
• Reception and transfer services for tourists.

3. Reservations and Payments

• Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be specified at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made before the established deadline. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific policies of each service provider, which will be informed to the client at the time of booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for the proper provision of services.
• Comply with the necessary immigration, health, and legal requirements for the contracted destinations.
• Respect the laws and customs of the places visited.

6. Kangur Travel’s Responsibilities

Kangur Travel commits to:

• Providing the contracted services professionally and as agreed.
• Informing the client about any significant changes to the booked services.
• Assisting the client with unforeseen situations during the trip, within our possibilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kangur Travel is not responsible for:

• Additional expenses or losses resulting from delays, accidents, illnesses, or natural disasters.
• Services provided by third parties that are beyond our direct control.

8. Consumer Protection

Kangur Travel complies with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code and other applicable regulations in Peru.

9. Prevention of Child Sexual Exploitation

Kangur Travel adheres to the Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) in the tourism sector, committing to:

• Not promoting or allowing ESNNA, human trafficking, or illegal migration.
• Reporting to the relevant authorities any instance of child sexual exploitation or other criminal offenses we become aware of during our operations.
• Displaying information about the legal provisions that criminalize ESNNA-related behaviors in a visible location in our offices.

10. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Kangur Travel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon their publication on our website or communication to the client.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts in the city of Arequipa, Peru.

12. Responsibility as an Intermediary

Kangur Travel acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and service providers, both local and international. Our responsibility is limited to the organization and coordination of the acquired services, and we cannot be held accountable for events beyond our control.

We do not assume responsibility for delays, inconveniences, losses, damages, accidents, or any other irregularities affecting the user when these situations arise due to external circumstances such as fortuitous events, force majeure, government decisions, adverse weather conditions, or any other factors beyond our management.
